Actor and politician Suresh Gopi was all smiles while giving interview after interview on the Prime Minister's decision to nominate him as a member of the Rajya Sabha. The actor, a vociferous supporter of the BJP has been actively campaigning for the party in Kerala.

Speaking to The News Minute from his residence in Thiruvananthapuram, Suresh Gopi said that though he would not dismiss off previous regimes of UDF and LDF as completely unproductive, it was time Kerala chose the best, or the BJP.
