While there are mixed reactions to the PM’s move to invalidate old currency notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000, he seems to have found support from an unlikely quarter.

A seven-year-old Bengaluru girl sent a letter to PM Narendra Modi on Tuesday lauding him on his November 8 demonetisation move.

“I have written that I am a big fan of you. We want a clean and neat India. I hope you like the gift. That’s a picture of him, then there are two notes that are banned Rs 500 and Rs 1000 rupee notes,” seven-year-Shreya told ANI.
