Creating jobs is DMK's big focus, easy clearance for industries: Stalin to TNM

As Tamil Nadu gears up for a multi-cornered poll battle, one of the issues that most parties have included in their manifestos is unemployment, especially among the youth in the state. 

In an interview to The News Minute, DMK Treasurer M.K.Stalin, discussed what specific steps his party aims to take to tackle unemployment if they come to power, among other things.

"As of now, 84 lakh people are without jobs, we want to redude it. We will take over granite, sand mining and give jobs in sector," Stalin said.

He also spoke about his take on freebies, improving the education sector, and whether or not DMK would ally with Third front.
