The title of GOAT footballer may now be conferred on an ox. Confused? A video of an ox playing football (yes, you read that right) with a group of players has taken social media by surprise.

In the video, an ox is seen standing close to a football as a group of players approach the animal to take the ball away. However, the ox continues to stand over the ball and even takes the ball away from the approaching players. The ox's stylish stance has won praise from many.
Eventually, a player manages to get the ball away from the ox when the animal is not looking at it. The players can be heard speaking in Konkani in the video.

But the ox was not done just yet. The animal chased down the players passing the ball between them, acting as the proverbial 'monkey' in the commonly played out football training drill. In the drill, players standing in a circle pass the ball around, with other players standing inside the circle trying to win it from them.
At the end of the video, the ball is returned to the ox amid roars of laughter. Many were impressed by the ox's defending skills.
