The couple, who dated for six years before getting hitched in a twin wedding ceremony on November 14 and 15, has been extremely particular about privacy and security and so, there were almost no photos of their wedding festivities which took place this week at the picturesque Lake Como in Italy. This has kept the anticipation and mystery high and with the big ‘reveal’ DeepVeer fans are sure to be elated now.

Deepika and Ranveer, in identical Twitter and Instagram posts, shared two pictures of their wedding with only the heart emoji as the caption.

Ranveer and Deepika's Sindhi wedding

The first is a photo from their Konkani ceremony, and the second, a picture from their Sindhi ceremony. While the former took place on Wednesday, the latter happened on Thursday.

Deepika and Ranveer both look elated in the pictures. They reportedly wore Sabyasachi outfits for their big day. While the couple can be seen candidly laughing in the picture shared from the Konkani ceremony, in the second photo captures a candid moment where Ranveer is whispering something into Deepika’s ear.

The photos from day one of the saw the guests appear in white and gold outfits. Ranveer too wore white and gold with Deepika sitting by his side in gold and red, wearing kundan jewelry. For the Sindhi ceremony on day two, they both adorned red. While Ranveer wore a red and gold sherwani for the Thursday ceremony, Deepika once again wore heavy kundan jewelry to go with her lehenga and also choodas and kaliras on her wrists.

The couple is reportedly going to have two grand receptions – one in Bengaluru, Deepika’s hometown, and one in Mumbai, for the film fraternity.
