Wading into the AgustaWestland row, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday demanded action against "accused" Congress people saying anything on the contrary will suggest its "nexus" with the BJP.

Kejriwal termed as "damning" the Italian court's judgement on the issue that cited handwritten references to Sonia Gandhi, her political secretary Ahmed Patel and former Air Chief S P Tyagi by a middleman.

"Italy Court's order on Agusta is quite damning. Ball is now in Indian Govt's court. What is Modi govt waiting for? If the accused Congress people are not punished now then suspicions of a nexus will rise. Even Robert Vadra has not been acted against," Kejriwal said in a series of tweets.

The controversial Rs 3,600-crore VVIP AgustaWestland chopper deal and alleged bribes to the tune of Rs 360 crore paid rocked the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday as BJP sought to drag Sonia's name into it.
