The Times of India gets trolled for story on Aishwarya Rai's daughter 'throwing tantrum'

Written by : TNM Staff

The Times of India has landed itself in a controversy after going to town about Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s motherly prowess in handling her jet lagged daughter Aaradhya on her return from the Cannes film festival.

TOI got trolled online for its main story headlined ‘Aaradhya Bachchan throws a tantrum at Mumbai airport’ as well as for its Facebook story headlined ‘Back from Cannes, mommy Aishwarya handles jet-lagged Aradhya like a pro at the airport’.

Facebook users minced no words in expressing how a celebrity handling her child cannot be deemed as anything special or newsworthy since it is a duty to be expected of all mothers.
