Sunanda Pushkar death probe deepens, hunt for three fake passport holders?

The News Minute| November 18, 2014| 11.17 am ISTSouth District Delhi police have discovered that three people with fake passports stayed at the Leela Palace hotel between January 13 and January 18, the same period when Sunanda Pushkar died, reports Daily Mail.Three police officers including an ACP are now travelling to Dubai to uncover details about Shashi Tharoor’s wife, said the Daily Mail report.“After scanning the visitors’ book, police came to know that three people were staying in the Leela Palace Hotel from January 13 to January 18 after submitting forged passport details,” the officer told Mail Today.The AIIMS in its second report claimed that Sunanda Pushkar had been poisoned but the type of poison was yet to be ascertained.Police have recovered bed sheet, broken glass and carpet on which fluid marks were found in her room. They are considering sending the viscera sample abroad since they suspect that the poison may have been radioactive isotopes and India does not have the facility to detect such poisons.Her laptop and three mobile phones have been sent to forensic laboratory in Gujarat to find if any details were deleted from her gadgets.
