Putin becomes Russia's Man of the Year, just for the 15th time

For the 15th time in a row Russian President Vladimir Putin has won the Russain "Man of the Year" award.

The poll was conducted by an independent agency Public Opinion Foundation (FOM). The Russian President won by a "landslide" winning 68% and the runner up getting only 4% of the votes. Of the 14 crore Russian people the poll has 1500 respondents, according to Business Insider.
