A Kolkata firm has gifted Donald Trump four years’ worth of tea bags – 6,000 of them to Trump Tower in New York City. And its all done in the name of humanity.

On July 14, Kolkata-based based TE-A-ME Teas uploaded a video of its gift to Trump, urging him to drink tea to become "less extreme" as it is never too late to "cleanse" oneself. The consignment contained 6,000 bags of Assam green tea.

"The special delivery went from the company all the way to Trump Tower, New York. New Yorkers witnessed the delivery....." ,the company said in a statement. 

"The message is simple:AMr. Trump, it's never too late to cleanse yourself," it said.

"We believe that green tea with all its goodness can help Trump, and in turn benefit his country and the world at large. We therefore prescribe at least three cups a day for Trump. If he needs more, we'll be happy to provide!" said company's managing director Sumit Shah.
