Jaitley says AAP's Raghav Chadda defamed him by retweeting, AAP supporters start retweet campaign

Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Tuesday said AAP members like Raghav Chadha have defamed him by re-tweeting Arvind Kejriwal’s tweets.

Jaitley made this statement inside the Patiala House Court while recording his statement before the magistrate for the defamation cases filed by him against Delhi CM and five other AAP leaders.

Soon after the statement was publicized by the media, social media was abuzz with it.

Jaitley has filed a separate civil and criminal defamation against Kejriwal, Ashutosh, Sanjay Singh, Kumar Vishwas, Raghav Chadha and Deepak Bajpai after the DDCA row erupted in last December when the CBI raided the office of the Principal Secretary of the Delhi government.

After the raids, Kejriwal alleged that the agency was actually interested in files related to the misappropriation in DDCA a body of which Jaitley headed for more than a decade.
