According to a report in The Times of India, Singh said that Werner Heisenberg's principle of uncertainty were based on the Vedas. The press release issued by the ministry however, says Eisenhower, not Heisenberg. Singh had said that the Heisenberg got the foundation for his theory during a conversation with Rabindranath Tagore. This encounter was related in a book written by Fritjof Capra.
