The two year extensive hoax played by Arun PV, a young engineer from Kerala who claimed he was recruited by NASA has stumped the media. Arun, a resident of Kerala had claimed that he had been recruited by NASA in 2012. Later in 2014, he said that NASA had changed rules about not taking non-American citizens to accommodate him. Many newspapers and television channels reported Arun's story, but it turned out to be an elaborate hoax.
