Ygritte and Jon Snow’s love may have ended in tragedy but in real life, the Game of Thrones (GOT) co-stars, Rose Leslie and Kit Harington, exchanged wedding vows at Rayne Church in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, sending GOT fans into a tizzy with pictures from their nuptials.

The star-studded celebration was attended by several members of the cast including Emilia Clarke, Peter Dinklage, Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams.

The two began dating in 2012 after meeting on the sets and their engagement was announced last year.

Rose Leslie looked lovely in an ivory lace dress and a gorgeous veil with a flower crown. She was accompanied down the aisle by her father Sebastian Arbuthnot-Leslie. Kit Harington was dressed in a morning suit.

Following the ceremony, the two drove off in a Land Rover to the reception at Wardhill Castle grounds.

Kit Harington rose to stardom with his famous portrayal of Jon Snow in Game of Thrones, a cult TV series based on George RR Martin’s fantasy novel series, A Song of Fire and Ice. Actor Rose appeared briefly in the series playing Ygritte, a wildling (and Jon Snow’s love interest), who tragically dies in Season 4.

Harington also starred in Gunpowder a historical miniseries that premiered in October last year. He will next appear in The Death and Life of John F. Donovan, also starring Natalie Portman, Susan Sarandon, Bella Thorne and Jacob Tremblay.

Actor Rose was last seen in science fiction horror film, Morgan. She currently plays the lead in The Good Fight, political drama web television series. She, however, rose to fame with her role in Downton Abbey.
