Speculations surrounding Bollywood couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s wedding have been doing the rounds for some time now. According to reports, the couple have fixed their wedding date for November 20 and a location in Italy has been selected as the venue.

The two have allegedly been dating for a few years now and have acted together in a bevy of films, including Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, Bajirao Mastaani, and most recently in Padmaavat. A conjecture of an impending wedding too has been circulating for some time.

Following the report, actor Kabir Bedi took to Twitter to wish the couple. “Great couple! Great locale in Italy! Great event! Wishing Ranveer and Deepika a wonderful wedding, and a lifetime of happiness!”

It is reported that the guest list consists of a mere 30 people, with only close friends and family in attendance. The couple apparently also has plans to host a grand reception in India at a later time.

Earlier, in an interview to India Today Television, Ranveer had said that while marriage was not a priority, it was something at the back of his head. “These are things I think about. I try to create a life and work balance. As much as I am consumed by my work at the moment, these things (marriage) are on my mind. But nothing decisive as of now.”

After the ‘Virushka’ tag for Virat Kohli-Anushka Sharma’s wedding, Deepika and Ranveer too are garnering a similar tag - ‘DeepVeer’.

While Ranveer has three projects in the offing - Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy, Kabir Khan's 83 and Rohit Shetty's Simmba, Deepika will reportedly be seen in a special appearance in Aanand L Rai’s Zero.
