VHP in Kerala claims to have converted over 200 people on the day of Christmas

As a sequel to the Ghar Vapsi re-conversion programme that the VHP, RSS and other Hindu organizations had taken up, in Kerala the event was a success. Read - PM Modi upset or not, VHP and RSS are in no mood to stop ghar vapsi“There were more people than we expected,” said Rakesh, the co-ordinator of Ernakulam unit of the VHP.The event was conducted in Kottayam, Palakkad, Trisshur, Thiruvananthapuram and Ernakulam. All the centres combined more than 200 people were re-converted. In Kottayam alone 100 people were re-converted. “Most of them were Christians. Yesterday at the event which we had conducted in Kayamkulam Muslims were in majority,” Rakesh said. “The programme has been successful and we are going to go ahead with this. We expect to convert 1000 people in Kerala in January 2015,” he added. Tweet
