Strict action will be taken against Jisha murderers: Chandy

Strict action would be taken against Jisha’s killers, CM Oommen Chandy said on Tuesday.

The CM’s statement comes five days after her body was found in her house near Perumbavoor. He said that it was a brutal murder that shook the state and added that strict action would be taken against the perpetrators.

He also said that the investigation has been handed over to Central Zone IG.

Jisha, a 30- year-old law student was found murdered at her house near Perumbavoor, Kerala on April, 28. The post-mortem report had revealed sexual assault.
