Sidharth Bharathan continues to be in critical condition post road accident

Actor-director Sidharth Bharathan who met with an accident in the early hours of Saturday near Vytilla in Kochi still continues to be in a critical condition, with internal bleeding in his brain.

 Sidharth, son of late veteran director Bharathan and actress KPAC Lalitha, was admitted to Ernakulam Medical Trust hospital after his car crashed in to a compound wall on the side of the road.

Manoramaonline reports that next 24 hours would be crucial for Sidharth.

 Sidharth entered the film industry through the movie Nammal in 2002, in which he played one of the lead roles.  His directorial debut was Nidra, a remake of a 1981 film made by his father Bharathan.

 Dileep starrer Chandrettan Evideya was the last film by Sidharth.
