Written by : TNM Staff

Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy is expected to appear before the Justice Sivarajan Commission probing the solar scam on January 25 in Thiruvananthapuram.

This comes in the wake of allegations that the Chief Minister’s office was involved in the solar scam with charges against Chandy’s former personal staff members Jikkumon Jacob and Tenny Joppan also being raised.

Saritha S Nair, one of the co-accused in the solar case meanwhile did not appear before the Commission on Tuesday, as she reportedly had to be present at another hearing in Alapuzha.
