Hartals in Kerala are no longer a surprise, Keralites are used to huge potholes on the roads... and what better way to express the frustration than through cartoons.Manoj Maani, an e-cartoonist and also the Creative Director at artude.com launched an animated cartoon website in 2005 named Cartoon Keralam. Through his cartoons he tries to explore various social issues, especially in Kerala.
