Thiruvananthapuram First Class judicial magistrate court on Monday ordered the police to take action against actor Fahad Faazil for allegedly deceiving a producer.

Film producer Aroma Mani approached the court seeking action against Fahad, claiming that Fahad took Rs 14 lakh as advance remuneration but later withdrew from his movie Ayyar being shot in Pakistan.

Taking note of the complaint, the court has reportedly asked for an FIR to be registered against Fahad.

Sunitha productions company owner Mani has alleged that Fahad’s withdrawal from the movie led to a huge financial loss for him.
