Beauty not increased using Indulekha soap, angry man files case against Mammootty

“Soundaryam Ningale thedi varum” (Beauty will come in search of you), the tagline of the Indulekha white soap seen quoted by Mammootty in advertisements, has been questioned by a consumer.
 
K Chaathu from Wayanad district in Kerala has reportedly filed a complaint in the consumer court against Indulekha soaps and its brand ambassador actor Mammootty for making fake claims through advertisements.
 
Madhyamam reports that the Wayanad district consumer court has asked the actor and company representatives to appear before the court on September 22.
 
The petitioner has claimed that he did not find any changes after the regular use of the soap.
 
The advertisement for the Indulekha white soap claimed that regular use of the soap would make a person fair and beautiful.
 
According to the report Chaathu, has sought Rs 50,000 and other expenses as compensation.
