The News Minute | December 3, 2014 | 09:03 am IST In yet another shocking incident, a three-year-old girl was allegedly raped twice in a school in Bengaluru, states a report by Bangalore Mirror. When the child, a student of a school on Old Madras Road, returned home from school on November 26, her mother noticed she was behaving unusually. The girl eventually fell ill and two days later divulged what had happened to her. Her mother then took her to a doctor who confirmed rape, adds the report. The girls' parents then registered a complaint with the police and her mother reportedly told the police that the child had behaved similarly on October 22, saying she probably was raped then as well. The police arrested the suspect, a peon in the school, on November 30. A case has been registered against the alleged perpetrator under sections 5(m) (f), 6, and 21 of the POCSO Act, along with sections 188, 336, and 376 of the IPC. The school however denied that any such incident took place in the school, adds Bangalore Mirror.
