The News Minute | March 25, 2015 | 09:30 am IST Social activist TJ Abraham on Tuesday filed a case against late IAS officer DK Ravi's wife Kusuma and father-in-law Hanumantharayappa in the Madiwala police station, states a report by The New Indian Express. Abraham accused the two of abetting suicide and destroying evidence. "There are chances they destroyed the suicide note if their names were mentioned in it. If it was a homicide, then all those directly and indirectly connected with Ravi should be treated as suspects," Abraham told paper. He also gave the name of three prominent real estate organisations as suspects in Ravi's death, adds the report. Hanumantharayappa on the other hand has alleged that investigating officials of the CID had deleted some of the CCTV footage recorded in the digital video recorder (DVR) in the house, states another report by The New Indian Express. "They returned the DVR on Monday after taking my signature. I was shocked to find that the footage recorded before 10.30 am on March 16 was deleted after I verified it," the report quotes him as saying.
