Police issue second notice to Railway Minister's son Karthik Gowda

The News Minute| September 2, 2014| 09.34 am ISTBangalore police have issued a second notice to Karthik Gowda, son of railway minister Sadananda Gowda in a complaint of rape against him. Karthik Gowda has been asked to appear for questioning at the RT Nagar police station in Bangalore by Wednesday. A complaint was lodged against Karthik by an actor last week. She has given her statement under section 164 of CrPC before a magistrate.
