FIR filed against astrologer Sachidananda Babu for alleged rape predictions and threatening an individual

The News Minute | December 5, 2014 | 19.58 pm ISTAn FIR has been lodged against astrologer Sachidananda Babu in the Nelamangala Town police station for his recent alleged rape predictions on women and threatening to kill an individual.Bhaskar Prasad, the President of Dalit Sanghatane Sangha, alleges that the astrologer threatened to kill him for his Facebook posts and for voicing out against him. The astrologer has been booked under 506 (criminal intimidation), 505(b) (intent to cause fear/alarm in the public) of the Indian Penal code and also under the dalit atrocity Act, sources told The News Minute.
