Church Street blast: Police identify two suspected sleeper cells

The News Minute | February 17, 2015 | 12.40 pm ISTBengaluru police claim that they have zeroed in on two possible culprits of the December 2014 blast on Church Street.Addressing a press conference on Monday, police commissioner M N Reddi said that the police had looked at several terror groups and so far, had ruled out Indian Mujahiddeen and Al Ummah as suspects. Stating that the police had identified two possible suspects, Reddi did not name them, but added that the suspected groups were sleeper cells based in Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.Tweet
