Bengaluru man kills himself, sends WhatsApp video to lawyer explaining reasons

In an unusual incident, a man sent a video to his lawyer before allegedly committing suicide, explaining why he was taking the extreme step.

The Times of India reports that Naseem Pasha, a resident of Rajajinagar killed himself by hanging from a steel beam in his sister's house in Sriramapura on Monday evening. 

He made a video explaining the reasons for his suicide and sent it to his lawyer Basavaraju on WhatsApp. 

The police found that Pasha killed himself after he had an argument with his uncle Adil Ahmed on Monday. Ahmed did not repay Rs. 1 lakh that Pasha had lent him and he allegedly threatened Pasha as well. 

Pasha then headed to his sister Bibi Jan's house, where he killed himself. Though his sister and wife Nagina Banu took him to the hospital, the doctors declared him brought dead. 

Pasha's sister subsequently filed a police complaint, based on which, Ahmed has been detained on charges of abetment to suicide.
