News about the upcoming NTR biopic is making waves as it will star Nandamuri Balakrishna.

With the son starring in his dad’s biopic, the excitement levels among the fans are high. 

Balayya’s Gautamiputra Satakarani, which released on Sankarnti, went on to do good business at the box office and the star is gearing up for the biopic.

There have been various speculations about the director for the project. 

While several names are in fray, one prominent name is KS Ravikumar. Having directed Chiranjeevi and Meena in 1998 for Sneham Kosam, he went on to direct Nagarjuna and Raja Shekar as well. 

He has also directed Kamal Haasan in films like Thenali, Panchathanthiram and Dasavatharam and Rajinikanth in Muthu, Padayappa and Lingaa. 

With a vast experience of directing stalwarts in various film industries, KS Ravikumar happens to be Balayya’s choice to direct the biopic.

The star, in a recent meeting at his native place, revealed that film will have very interesting details about his dad NTR. 

This includes his early life as an actor and then as a politician. He added that lesser known details about NTR will be a special treat for the viewers.
