Will Arvind Swami star in 'Bogan' remake?

Written by : TNM

Roja fame Arvind Swami is the toast of the town. Fresh off the success of Bogan, in which he plays the antagonist and was pitted against Jayam Ravi after Thani Oruvan, the actor is in demand for the film’s Telugu remake. Apparently, when asked if he’d star in the remake of Bogan, especially after starring in Thani Oruvan’s remake Dhruva, Arvind had said that he isn’t quite sure and that he can’t say for certain that he would want to do it.

Following the good response for Bogan, sources say that talks have already been initiated for its remake in multiple languages. Prabhudheva, who had produced the film, is planning to take the project to Bollywood and wants to make it with a leading star. It needs to be seen whether he will rope in Arvind Swami for the Hindi version as well. Meanwhile, Arvind is busy shooting for Sathuranga Vettai 2, and reportedly 60 percent of the shooting has already been completed.

In his next film Vanangamudi, Arvind will be seen playing an upright cop and he will be pitted against Daniel Balaji, the popular baddie from films such as Pollathavan, Vettaiyaadu Villayadu and Bairavaa.
