Vivek Oberoi’s character in the film Lucifer has been released along with his look on a Facebook post. This would be the Bollywood star’s debut in Malayalam cinema.

Lucifer, the first film directed by actor Prithviraj Sukumaran, has a bunch of stars from various languages, each of whose character posters have been revealed one after another on Facebook, as part of the movie’s promotions. Mohanlal plays the lead.

Vivek is playing Bobby, the poster reveals and he wears the formal clothes of a businessman, unlike quite a few other male characters shown wearing the khaddar of a politician. It was earlier reported that the actor plays the main antagonist in the film.

Vivek has said in an earlier interview that though he was offered a role in Malayalam films several times before, he did not accept it as nothing was interesting enough to grab his attention.

Lucifer is currently in the post production stage and is gearing up for release on the 28th of this month. The film has been censored with no cuts, revealed another Facebook post made a few hours ago.

Very little details about the film have been revealed so far to keep up the suspense factor intact, say sources.
