Vikram tells Vijay Chander to complete film in 45 days

Written by : TNM

As Vikram gears up to start work on his next project with Vijay Chander, he has given the young director an ultimatum – to complete the film in 45 days flat and no excuses whatsoever.

Apparently, Vijay has agreed and has promised to deliver. This comes after the delayed release of Vikram’s last film Irumugan, and the other reason being the Saamy actor also has Gautham Menon’s Dhruva Natchathiram in his kitty, which he should start early next year.

The genre of Vikram-Vijay Chander films remains a mystery and though sources claim it could be an action flick, it can’t be said with certainty. Sai Pallavi is most likely to be paired with Vikram, and if she comes on board, this project will mark her Tamil debut. Busy assembling the core team, Vijay has revealed in a recent interview that the regular shooting will commence from December and Vikram’s portion will be completed in exactly a month’s time.

Meanwhile, Gautham is busy finalizing the cast of Dhruva Natchathiram, which will be predominantly shot in the US. Tipped to be a high-budget spy thriller, it might also feature a Bollywood star in a crucial role.
