Video: Girl, you don't need makeup...or do you? Comedian Amy Schumer explains

Written by : TNM

Are you surrounded by men who encourage you to embrace your natural look but secretly wish you had put on some make-up? Actress and stand-up comedian Amy Schumer's latest episode on Comedy Central captures this very mindset of men. It is parody on the boy band One Direction and is called "Girl, You Don't Need Make Up" puts forth the mixed message of adding colour to your skin and accepting one's natural beauty. The music video begins with a bunch of boys passionately expressing their love for her and how they would love her sans make up.  They insist on being her, until...they sing, "Hold up, girl, We spoke too soon.  With this whole 'no make-up' tune. You gotta change your mind on the make-up thing." Amy then began a campaign on Twitter urging women to send pictures without make-up with the hashtag #GirlYouDontNeedMakeUp which elicited a immense response and the video went viral.  Video of fyeTJVU4wVo
