Miracles do happen and what better proof than this? Heather Clark recently heard her deceased son Lukas' heart beat through a four-year-old girl for the first time last month.

Lukas from California was just 7-months-old in 2013 when he passed away. His mother then decided to donate his organs. The then 18-month girl Jordan Drake, who was suffering from several complications due to a faulty heart valve, received Luka's heart.

USA Today report states, "Lukas was Heather Clark's only child. He died as a result of child abuse. Clark was unable to elaborate because the case is still pending. Despite the tragedy, Clark didn’t hesitate to make the decision to donate Lukas' organs. 'The only thing I can think of is: I can't save my own son. Why not save someone else's,' she said."

Two years after the transplant, Heather recently met Jordan and her mother,  Esther Gonzalez, and the former heard Lukas' heartbeat through Jordan.

The video also narrates the story of Jordan, who spent the first few years of her life in a hospital. She was born with a congenital heart defect, and the doctors said her only hope was a heart transplant.
