Puri Jagannadh’s film with Ram Pothineni, Nabha Natesh and Nidhhi Agerwal titled iSmart Shankar has been progressing well with the team reaching the third schedule of shoot. Recently, the team completed the second schedule in Goa and returned to Hyderabad where the third schedule went on to the floors.

Confirming this, a member of Ram Pothineni’s team revealed on Twitter: “And the 3rd schedule of #iSmartShankar begins from today in hyderabad! Major part of the shoot and all the kickass stuff gonna complete in this schedule…Get ready for the MOST AWAITED COMBO ever @ramsayz @purijagan @Charmmeofficial @AgerwalNidhhi @NabhaNatesh @PuriConnects.”

Actor Charmee, who is bankrolling the film along with Puri Jagannadh, revealed, “We start shooting for #ismartshankarsongs from 3 rd April…huge set getting ready by @JonnyShaik ..” (sic)

iSmart Shankar has Brahmanandam, Rao Ramesh, Tanikella Bharani, Pavithra Lokesh among others in supporting roles. Mani Sharma is composing music for this flick with Raj Thota cranking the camera and Junaid Siddiqui in charge of the editing. Shaik Jonny is the art director of iSmart Shankar with stunts choreographed by Real Satheesh. Ram’s look in the film has been unveiled and looks massy. The star is seen sporting a spikey hairdo with beard. His jeans shirt and gun-wielding style has the movie buffs wonder what’s in store.

On the commencement of the shooting, Ran Pothineni wrote on the social media much earlier, “isssssshhhtttaaarrtttt camera! From today! #iSmartShankar.” Actor Charmee, who is bankrolling the project under her banner posted, “Shoot istart #ismartshankar. Massive schedule begins from today..aiming for May release. @ramsayz @purijagan @puriconnects #PCfilm.”

With the film’s shooting on, we can expect the filmmakers to make an announcement regarding its release date officially.
