Tamannaah excited about teaming up with Vikram

If you thought Tamannaah’s career preferences have changed after she signed the remakes of Queen and Pellichoopulu, you’re probably wrong because she is teaming up with Chiyaan Vikram in what is said to be one of the most highly sought commercial projects of her career.

Talking to Deccan Chronicle, Tamannaah said that she’s really excited to be collaborating with Vikram for the first time. Apparently, the film’s story blew her away.

“I am excited to start this project and at this point of time, I won’t be able to reveal anything about my characterization. When I met Vijay to listen to the story, I was blown away! It was so liberating to see a strong story-line in a commercial potboiler. I will start shooting for the project from March,” she said, and added: “it will be a fresh-pairing on screen and I am so kicked to see his performance up close. I have met him a couple of times at functions but I haven’t met him after signing for the film.”

The film goes on floors later this week and will be directed by Vijay Chander, who had earlier made Vaalu with Simbu. Composer Thaman has been finalised to score the music and Bhojpuri actor Ravi Kishan will be playing the antagonist.
