Sri Reddy levelled some serious allegations against top film personalities stirring the hornet’s nest a few months ago. She had named some top directors and actors for asking sexual favours for finding work in the industry. And one name that figured was that of the noted actor – director – producer – choreographer, the multi-talented Raghava Lawrence. Soon after this allegation surfaced, Raghava Lawrence had called Sri Reddy for an open audition, promising a role in his upcoming film if she was up to the mark.
Keeping his promise, Sri Reddy recently auditioned for a role in Raghava Lawrence’s upcoming film and bagged an offer. The controversial actor is happy with the recent developments that she couldn’t stop raving about Raghava Lawrence. In a post online, she has lauded the social service that Raghava Lawrence has been involved in. The actress took it to Facebook sharing her happiness.
She wrote,"Good news for all of my frds that I met Lawrence garu @his home,he recieved me in a very nice way..saw many of the kids over there,they are really happy wt him..they prayed for me..I gave an audition, he took me into his next film,he promised me and confirmed a good role,got an advance too..i am sharing this amount to srikakulam people who suffered by cyclone#celebrationstime..”
Also, Sri Reddy made it clear that he had paid her an advance to star in his upcoming film and that she has a meaty role to play in it.
Raghava Lawrence is currently busy with Muni 4: Kanchana 3. The film’s release is slated to be later this year or early next. The technical crew of Muni 4: Kanchana 3 includes S Thaman for music with Vetri and Sarvesh Murari for cinematography and Nivetha Joseph for costume designing. The film is being bankrolled by Kalanidhi Maran under his banner Sun Pictures. The star cast includes Kovai Sarala, Manobala, Sriman, Devadarshini and Kabir Duhan Singh in supporting roles. With Kanchana 3’s shooting on from October last year, it is expected to be wrapped up soon.
