The teaser of Mangalyam Thanthunanena is out and from the fun wedding that it features, fans can expect a laugh riot.

Kunchacko Boban plays the lead role in Mangalyam Thanthunanena, which is directed by Soumya Sadanandan. This is first her first attempt in directing a feature film, though she has National Award to her name for Best Documentary at the Allahabad International film festival for Chembai: My discovery of a legend.

Mangalyam Thanthunanena is written by Tony Madathil. The film is currently in the post production phase and it is expected to hit the silver screens on September 20.

On the occasion of the trailer and audio launch, the director had posted on Facebook: “Mangalyam Thanthunanena slowly starts becoming yours too. Yes!”

She then introduced the people who had a pivotal role to play in the film and filmmaking process. She thanked her team, and said, “I love you all. There is no doubt about it. T oday belongs to each of you and your team. Its your day mates. All your hardwork. All that sleepless nights. All that musical tripping. All that euphoria! Today is entirely yours, no one can steal that from you! (sic)”

Mangalyam Thanthunanena has Nimisha Sajayan playing the female lead with Hareesh Perumanna, Shantikrishna, Vijayaraghavan, Alencier Ley Lopez, Leona Lishoy, Salim Kumar, Chempil Ashokan, Rony David and Soubin Shahir in supporting roles.
