Sivakarthikeyan who is basking in the glory of the massive hit “Rajini Murugan” is giving it his all to score a double with "Remo", and sustain his reputation as a bankable box office star. The actor is once again pairing up with Keerthy Suresh after their successful outing in “Rajini Murugan”.

"Remo" is reportedly being shot at a rapid pace, and the unit is set to wrap up shooting in the next couple of days. Directed by debutant Bhagyaraj, a former associate of director Atlee, and produced by RD Raja of 24AM Studios, the movie is likely to be released in the first week of October.

Recently, Raja took to Twitter to publicly announce that business for the film will commence from August 2, and provided details of the distribution team. In an industry where most trade occurs by reputation and personal acquaintance, “Remo” has already set a fairly unique precedent in the process.

The film features music composed by Anirudh and the technical talents of Oscar-winning sound engineer, Resul Pookutty, with acclaimed cinematographer PC Sreeram behind the camera. The makers of the film have also roped in the make-up artist who worked on Shankar's “I”.
