Sex education in India – the myth turned into a spoof

The News Minute | July 14, 2014 | 4:56 PM IST East India Comedy, a spoof page on Youtube has come out with a video trolling the level of sex education and awareness on sex in the country.The scene is a classroom in which a teacher is supposedly teaching about sex, but never utters the word even once in front of his students. The video is aimed at taking a dig on the recent controversy surrounding Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan.Union Minister Harsh Vardhan was in news lately over a blog he posted a year ago, opposing sex education in the present form.The video hilariously portrays how even before the whole controversy erupted, sex education existed for namesake in schools, without creating any impact.The short video, titled "Sex Education in India" is roughly more than seven minutes long, directed by Sapan Verma, noted for his spoofs and commentaries on YouTube.
