Reshma Pasupuleti evicted, Cheran-Saravanan spar: Updates from ‘Bigg Boss’ Tamil Week 6

Bigg Boss Tamil 3 began on June 23 with 17 contestants. Kamal Haasan returned for the third season as host of the popular show. So far, Mohan Vaidya, Fathima Babu, Meera Mithun and Vanitha Vijayakumar have been evicted. In the sixth week of the show, actor and anchor Reshma Pasupuleti was evicted from the house, having been nominated by the housemates for the first time for eviction. Reshma is a television anchor and actor who has done a couple of films and daily soaps. Her father is a producer while her cousin is Tamil actor Bobby Simha.

As part of a luxury budget task, ‘Podu Aattam Podu’, each housemate was given a particular film character and asked to impersonate them. At the end of the task, the house witnessed cold vibes between contestants Saravanan and Cheran while selecting the best and worst performer of the luxury budget task. Cheran insisted that Saravanan’s performance wasn’t up to the mark, saying he couldn’t see actor Vijayakanth in Saravanan. Reacting to Cheran’s comments, Saravanan made a disrespectful comment and walked towards Cheran in a fit of rage.

Saravanan replied that even he couldn’t see Rajinikanth in Cheran. The argument between the two became nasty with a section of inmates supporting Saravanan while Cheran got the support of Madhumitha and Tharshan.

Sandy Master, Madhumitha and Mugen Rao were selected as the best performers. They participated in the captaincy task and Mugen Rao was elected as the captain of the seventh week.

In another activity, anonymous letter task, housemates were asked to pen down their questions without disclosing their name. There were questions shot on the lines of the relationship between Kavin, Sakshi and Kavin – Losliya. As Kavin explained his actions, a spat broke out between him and Sakshi as he accused Sakshi of planning to turn things against him in the house.

During the weekend episode, Kamal Haasan was at his diplomatic best while addressing the issue between Cheran and Saravanan. Though Saravanan justified his action, Hassan politely rejected the same. Following which Saravanan humbly accepted Haasan’s point of view and apologised with folded hands to Kamal and Cheran.
