Despite his busy schedule, actor-turned-director Prithviraj Sukumaran took time to chat with his fans online and answered a volley of interesting questions. When a fan wanted to know if he would be directing Bollywood flicks, the actor replied in the positive, according to Times of India. Prithiviraj said that though he does not have a story in mind yet, if such a project happens he would want to rope in Amitabh Bachchan.

He wrote, “I don’t yet have a story to say in Bollywood. But I am a self-confessed Bachchan fanatic and if there is anything remotely possible that I can talk to Mr Bachchan about, then I would love to make a film with him. Like most of us Indians, I am absolutely enamoured by him and it goes without saying that he is the biggest superstar our country has produced.”

Prithviraj is now busy with his directorial Lucifer. The actor-turned-director is wielding the megaphone for the first time and the film has Malayalam superstar Mohanlal in the lead role. The shooting of Lucifer is in progress with its release date scheduled for next year.

The film is however progressing at a breakneck speed. It is one of the most anticipated films in Mollywood. Apart from Mohanlal, the cast includes Manju Warrier, Indrajith Sukumaran, Vivek Oberoi, and Tovino in pivotal roles. In supporting roles are actors Kalabhavan Shajon, Sai Kumar, director Fazil, Sunil Sughatha, Thara Kalyan, Praveena Thomas and Mala Parvathy.

The shooting of this film began on July 18th and will be shot extensively at different locations in Thiruvananthapuram, Mumbai and Kuttikkanam. The technical crew of the film includes Sujith Vaassudev for cinematography and Samjith for editing while Stephen Devassy will be in charge of the music composition. Veteran writer and actor Murali Gopy has penned the script for Lucifer which is touted to be a political thriller.
