Prithviraj Sukumaran will soon be teaming up with director Lal Jose for a film to be scripted by PG Prageesh. The actor revealed this while interacting with his fans online.

He is acting along with Biju Menon in the movie Ayyappanum Koshiyum, both of them playing leads. Biju Menon’s last release was Nalpathiyonnu, by the same team Prithvi is going to work with – director Lal Jose and writer PG Prageesh.

Biju Menon, Nimisha Sajayan and Anand Bal played the lead roles in Nalpathiyonnu. Award-winning music director Bijibal composed the music and Rafeeq Ahamed wrote the lyrics. Ranjan Abraham is the editor.

In Ayyappanum Koshiyum, we hear that Biju Menon will be playing the character Ayappan Nair, a police constable, and Prithviraj will be seen as a retired army havildar Koshy Kurien, who had put in 16 years of service.

Reports are that Ayyappanum Koshiyum will be about the two heroes in loggerheads over a minor legal issue. Wielding the megaphone for this venture is Sachy (Sachy – Sethu). It may be noted here that Sachy, Prithviraj and Biju Menon have teamed up for Anarkali in 2015. This time around, they are collaborating for a mass action entertainer. Jakes Bejoy is composing the tunes for this flick with Sudeep Elamon cranking the camera.

Prithviraj’s next film release will be Driving License, directed by Jean Paul Lal alias Lal Jr. Prithviraj is bankrolling the project under his home banner Prithviraj Productions in association with Listin Stephen’s Magic Frames. Touted to be a thorough commercial entertainer, Driving License is about a superstar crazy about luxury cars.
