Actor Satna Titus, who caught the public eye with her performance in the film “Pichaikkaran”, has reportedly tied the knot. The Kerala-born actor, who has two Tamil projects in her kitty, including one featuring Arya, has reportedly married film distributor Karthik of KR Films, who had distributed Pichaikkaran across Tamil Nadu.

The couple are reportedly following an unusual procedure with their marriage. While they have completed their registration of their marriage, they are planning to conduct a formal ceremony early next year.

The reason is that the couple have faced opposition from their parents to their decision to get married. Satna’s mother is reportedly against the marriage as she feels that Karthik has robbed Satna’s prospect of a bright career. She reportedly plans to file a complaint in the Nadigar Sangam.

Karthik says that he and Satna plan to hold the formal ceremony in January as they hope to change their parents’ minds before then and get formally married with their blessings. 

“We’ve been seeing each other for some time, and wished to get married. However, our parents were against our decision. Hence, we decided to register our marriage, for now, and plan to get married in an official ceremony early next year", says Karthik.
