A single from the Allu Arjun starrer Naa Peru Surya Naa Illu India was released on India’s Republic Day and has gone viral. The Sainika song that has the lyrics Ille India, Dhille India is a tribute to the soldiers.

The song has been composed by Vishal – Shekhar, the popular music composer duo from Bollywood. While this single has garnered the attention of film buffs in a big way, the filmmakers are now gearing up to release a romantic number for Valentine’s Day next month.

Directed by Vakkantham Vamsi, who has penned some blockbuster movies like Kick, Naa Peru Surya will be his first directorial venture. Allu Arjun is playing a soldier in this movie and he underwent a month’s training in the US to get into the skin of the character.

The film stars Allu Arjun in the lead role with Anu Emmanuel as his heroine. Veteran actors Arjun Sarja and R. Sarathkumar have been roped in to play crucial roles.

Produced by Sirisha Lagadapati, Sridhar Lagadapati, Bunny Vasu and K. Nagendra Babu, under the banner Ramalakshmi Cine Creations, the film is gearing up for release in April.

The producers are keeping the release date on hold and will be revealing it only after the makers of the Rajinikanth – Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0 announce the film's release date.

A popular private satellite channel has bagged the television and digital rights of the Allu Arjun film for a whopping Rs. 23.75 crores. The package also includes the rights of the Hindi dubbed version of the film, we hear from sources.

Vishal – Shekhar have composed tunes for this flick with Rajeev Ravi cranking the camera and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao editing it. The film’s shooting is currently on and it is expected to be wrapped up in a couple of weeks.

It may be mentioned here that the expectations on Naa Peru Surya are high and its teaser, which was released earlier this month managed to get 10 million digital views in 29 hours.
