A very common phenomenon in the West today, prenupital or prenup is a legal contract that a couple enter into prior to marriage. Money, assets, bank accounts, children, pets were all are subjects of pre nups. But now there is a new kind of prenup clause that aims at the usage of social media by either of the partners in a couple, according to a recent report on Jezebel.This commonly includes not uploading unflattering pictures of partners, including nude ones, which may embarrass or harm them. The prenup can also be extended to deciding the extent to which details of personal lives of the couple can be put on the internet.Violating the clause can lead to monetary compensation; on the basis of per post or tweet, the report adds.
