Written by : TNM

There are reports doing rounds in tinsel town that Nivin Pauly may be playing a cop in his upcoming film with Vysakh. The Pulimurugan fame director reportedly came up with a script for Nivin Pauly and the star was so impressed with it that he agreed to hop onboard. And the role he would be playing in it is that of a police officer.

Though the star was seen playing a cop in Action Hero Biju, this role would be completely different, say sources. However, there is no official word about it yet either from the actor or the director.

Nivin Pauly has had a good year with his Sakhavu doing good business at the box office. He will have two more releases this year with his Njandukalude Nattil Oridavela and Moothon likely to hit the silver screens.

Apart from this, he will be seen in the Tamil movie Richie, which is directed by Gautham Menon. Nivin also has three other films that are in the pre-production stage - Kayamkulam Kochunni, Hey Jude and Love Action Drama. The actor began his career with the Vineeth Srinivasan directorial Malarvaadi Arts Club in 2010 and since then, he has gone on to star in several Malayalam and a few Tamil movies.

Nivin’s Njandukalude Nattil Oridavela, which was slated for release a couple of months ago, is now getting ready to hit the marquee this Onam. Meanwhile, he is busy with the Geethu Mohandas directorial Moothon. With the star working with well established and successful directors, expectations about his projects are very high among his fans. If reports about the Vysakh – Nivin project turns out to be true, fans are in for a special treat.
