Nadigar Sangam to felicitate Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan

South Indian Film Artistes Association aka Nadigar Sangam will be felicitating Kamal Haasan for receiving the ‘Chevalier’ honour.

In a recent media interaction, Nadigar Sangam general secretary and actor-producer Vishal said that Kamal Hassan will be felicitated at the next general body meeting of the association which is scheduled to be held on November 27 in Chennai. And senior members Radharavi and Sarath Kumar will not be invited to the function, since they are under temporary suspension.

He also added that the Nadigar Sangam and its members prayed for the speedy recovery of Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa as well as DMK president M Karunanidhi.

Earlier this year, Kamal Haasan was honored by the French government with the prestigious Chevalier award by the French government. The award will be conferred on Kamal Haasan at a special ceremony soon.
