Mohanlal to make his debut in TV

Mohanlal fans have great news which they have been looking forward to for a long time. The actor is going to make his television debut on a show called Lal Salaam on Amrita TV.

There will be 100 episodes altogether. The actor recently revealed the logo of the TV programme through a special video that was posted on his official Facebook page.

The show is expected to be a total treat for the fans.

The show also marks the comeback of actor-turned-RJ Meera Nandan as a television programme host.

Meanwhile, Mohanlal is gearing up for his next release Velipadinte Pusthakam, directed by Lal Jose. The film is produced by Antony Perumbavoor under his banner Aashirvad Cinemas.

Velipadinte Pusthakam is slated for release on September 1st, 2017. Interestingly, it was on this day last year that one of the biggest hits in Mohanlal’s career, Janatha Garage was released. The actor is also busy with the shooting of his big budget fantasy thriller Odiyan, which marks the directorial debut of ad film-maker Shrikumar Menon.
