Mohanlal attends 'Oru Cinemaakkaran' audio launch

The audio launch of the Malayalam film Oru Cinemaakkaran turned out to be a grand event with Mollywood superstar Mohanlal's attendance.

The star graced the occasion to launch the audio of this film at an event that happened recently and released the audio CD amidst a lot of excitement among the crew members. Other noted film personalities to attend the event were Reshma Rajan, Vijay Babu, Leo Thaddeus, Lal Jose, and Sneha Sreekumar.

Directed by Leo Thaddeus, the film has Vineeth Sreenivasan and Rejisha Vijayan playing the lead pair. While Bijibal has composed the tunes for this flick, Rafeeq Ahmed, Hari Narayanan, and Santhosh Varma have penned the lyrics for the songs in the album. Apart from Vineeth Sreenivasan and Rejisha Vijayan, the star cast also includes Vijay Babu, Anusree, Lal, Renji Panicker and Gregory. While Ranjan Abraham has edited the film, Sudheer Surendran has cranked the camera for it.

Vineeth, who was not present at the audio launch, wrote thus on a social networking site: “We had the good fortune to have our Audio launched by none other than Mohanlal!!! thank you so much Lal uncle for this!!! :-) Audio Jukebox will be available within a couple of days.”

Vineeth, a director, producer and actor, made his acting debut with the film Cycle in 2008 and his directorial debut was with Malarvadi Arts Club in 2010. He has also directed films such as Thattathin Marayathu, Thira and Jacobinte Swargarajyam. His last outing as hero was with Aby, which hit the marquee in February this year. In the movie, which was directed by Srikant Murali, Vineeth had shared screen space with Aju Varghese, Suraj Venjaramoodu, and Sudheer Karamana.

Oru Cinemaakkaran is gearing up for release soon and the date will be announced soon, we hear.
